This person will also be responsible for configuring network and voice solutions for clients as per their requirements.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u style=\"font-style: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Customer Service<\/u><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Respond to tickets on the CRM system in a timely manner.<\/li><li>Keep end users informed on progress with problem resolution.<\/li><li>Act as the primary interface to all users to resolve problems reported.<\/li><li>Escalate and report on the status of all problems as and when required by management.<\/li><li>Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users via phone, email and face-to-face.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: infrastructure and act on any failures.<\/li><li>Change and manage the DNS records on the servers.<\/li><li>Install and configure desktop computers and software.<\/li><li>Set up domains for websites, email, POP3 and exchange.<\/li><li>Make changes to routers as per the client\u2019s requirements.<\/li><li>Create users on Active Directory and set up permissions.<\/li><li>Provide 3CX support to users and assist them with problems.<\/li><li>Testing, installation and maintenance of network-related problems.<\/li><li>Point websites on ISS server to other websites and make general
